EXPO BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $150 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and redeem your Perth Baby & Children’s Expo offer. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. The $150 booking fee is applied towards the total cost of your chosen photography experience. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your session, unless otherwise agreed as part of a payment plan. Bookings and sessions are non-transferable and may not be transferred, gifted or sold to another person or family. Expo offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, additional digital images or another product. Expo gifts must be redeemed as specified within the package booked and cannot be substituted for another product or service. Expo offers are exclusive to eligible bookings made during the promotional Expo period and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or special offer. Complimentary Expo products are created using an image selected from your final purchased/included gallery and are subject to Soul & Sand Photography’s usual production and delivery timeframes. If you need to reschedule your session, Soul & Sand Photography’s standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply. Any additional fees or conditions relating to rescheduling will be outlined in your photography agreement. All bookings remain subject to Soul & Sand Photography’s standard photography agreement, including payment, cancellation, rescheduling, image delivery and usage terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
